Facility Services

The Maintenance division is responsible for the daily upkeep of the interiors of all of the buildings on the main campus as well as our remote (off campus) locations. We make sure that all of the interior and exterior lights are functional. When the seasons change, our HVAC Personnel ensures that the classrooms and offices are maintained at adequate temperatures. Along with our daily duties, we are responsible for the remodeling of office spaces. We also assist the Custodial staff with set ups and tear downs for special functions.

The Custodial Division is responsible for the daily cleaning of the interiors of all of the buildings on the main campus. We shampoo carpets, vacuum the floors, dust tables, chairs, wall’s and office furniture. We wax and buff all hard surface floors. We also sanitize and stock the restrooms.
