For requesting official transcripts, KCKCC has its own “storefront” on the Parchment transcript service. The easiest way to reach that is to go to yiwuwa.gekakikai.com, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Then under the “Students” list, click on “Transcripts.” That will bring you to the Transcript Services page, where you will find information about requesting a transcript.

For most students, we suggest they watch the short informational video by Parchment on “Ordering your transcript.”

At the top of the Transcript Services page, click on the blue “Request Official Transcript” button that takes you to our “storefront” on Parchment.

If you are a new user, then click on the “Create Account” button on the right to sign up.

Please note that Student ID is NOT a required field. Parchment will ask you for this on the enrollment page. If you don’t know it, it’s fine to leave it blank.

Not a problem! When you complete the Parchment enrollment page, please sign up with your current name. Then further down

the page there are fields where you will enter the name you used while attending KCKCC. It is very important that you complete this, so we have the information needed to locate all your academic records at KCKCC.

Parchment will pop up a warning message. Please double check your information. Then click the submit button and go ahead and place your order.

We suggest that you DO NOT USE a student email address, nor a work email address in setting up your profile. Instead, use a personal email account that you check regularly, since that is how Parchment will communicate with you.

If you are trying to get a copy for yourself of your KCKCC transcript, then on the destination page (“Where do you want your document sent?”) of your Parchment transcript order, do not use the search box.

Instead, select “Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party” in blue right below it. Then choose “e-Transcript” and enter the name and email address to which you want the transcript sent.
